We want you to love your Eada Stride shoes. Every pair is crafted with care — and we want you to feel that care from the moment you unbox them. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

Eligibility

Return requests are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your shoes must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please try your shoes on indoors to ensure the perfect fit.

Pre-order items are not eligible for return unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery back to us.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We stand by the quality of every pair. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
